1 A 50% deposit is required for house rent.
2 The deposit money as an advance for house rent will not be refunded.
3 if for any reason after renting the house,you are unable to organize the even on the scheduled date,please inform us at least 60 (sixty) days in advance, and there will be no loss of the advance payment.You can organize the event on another date by paying the remaining amount.
4 Apart from the house rent, the customer will have to deposit an additional 5,000/- (five thousand) taka as security deposit.If there is any damage to the house, it will be deducted from the security deposit. If there is no damage, the entire security deposit will be refunded.
5 If you want to use Geyser / Microwave / OTG / DJ Box / High Watt Sound Box etc. inside the house,you must inform the owner of the house at least 7 (seven) days in advance.
6 All loud sounds or sound boxes must be turned off by 10 pm.
7 You cannot use water or electricity used inside the house outside the house.
8 No nails,pins,sellotape,or hooks of any kind may be used inside the house.
9 Do not consume any type of intoxicants like alcohol, marijuana, gutka, tobacco, etc. inside the house.
10 To stay overnight in a rented house, both the man and the woman must be in a blood relationship.For example, husband and wife, father and mother, mother and son, etc. Only men or only women,or friends and girlfriends, etc., cannot stay overnight in such relationships.
11 Do not throw any garbage or food waste inside the house,kitchen,or anywhere outside the house or inside the house.Throw it only in the dustbin drum.
12 You cannot use the roof of a rented house for any reason.
13 Keep your belongings under your own responsibility. If you encounter any problems or notice a stranger,immediately inform the homeowner or caretaker.
